McDuffie PFA

Located in Georgia's upper coastal plain, McDuffie Public Fishing Area offers anglers 7 ponds ranging in size from 5 to 37 acres. Visitors may fish for Largemouth Bass, Bluegill, Channel Catfish, and Redear Sunfish while enjoying the longleaf pines and sandy soils.

This area also offers opportunities for dove and waterfowl hunting. Waterfowl hunters must check kiosk at entrance gate for information on which ponds are open. Please check the Hunting Regulations for more information.

Grass Carp: If caught, grass carp must be released immediately.

  • Campground — There are 13 full hook-up RV sites (7 pull through and 6 back-in). Full hook-up includes water, 50 amp power and sewer. There are 5 updated tent sites that have power and 110V electricity hook-up. All sites (RV and tent) include a picnic table, fire pit and grill. The area bathhouse is fully accessible with showers and restrooms.
