Important - This GetInfo.exe file is for use to provide information about your computer and for contacting Dell Computer technicians about the status of your machine, in case you need certain services.
If you already have the Get Info icon on your desktop, then please skip to the instructions (below). You will not need to install it first.
The file -- CreateDesktopIcon.exe -- accessible through the link on this page will, when you run it, install GetInfo.exe on your computer. Running GetInfo will analyze your computer and return information useful to you.
To download CreateDesktopIcon.exe, right-click on the link below and select Save As..., then save the CreateDesktopIcon.exe file to your computer's desktop.
