How to enjoy the hunt
The Panola Mountain Archery Range is located in Panola Mountain State Park in Henry County. The park hosts archery events from time to time. This range is made possible by a partnership with the Georgia DNR's State Parks and Historic Sites Division and Wildlife Resources Division.
Sick birds are occasionally reported in backyards across Georgia. A common denominator in these incidents is feeders and feeding areas that are not cleaned regularly.
The Canada goose adapts easily to different environments, from open farmland and rural reservoirs to suburban neighborhood ponds, office complexes, parks and other developed areas.
