This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Tybee Festival Association to host Tybee Island Pirate Fest 2018 with related amenities in the parking lots adjacent to the Tybee Pier no sooner 15 days after the date of this letter and be completed no later than Tuesday October 9, 2018.

The project scope includes the temporary installation of all amenities and equipment as outlined in attached 2018 project description, festival inventory and site plan.
