Magnolia Springs State Park has a beautiful 40-acre lake that is accessible to paddlers and boats under 10 horsepower.

There is a less-than-a-mile kayak/canoe trail - a good beginner experience for those interested in becoming members of the Park Paddler’s Club. This trail is the shortest paddle of the 6 trails required to earn a “water-splattered” t-shirt. Be sure and ask park staff about this club sponsored by Georgia’s State Park System.

Rentals

The park offers rentals of pedal boats, canoes, single kayaks, and tandem kayaks.

Pedal Boats: $15 for 1 Hour or $25 for 2 Hours
Canoes/Kayaks: $15 for 2 Hours or $25 for 4 Hours
