When do I need contact the Customer Care Team?

Contact the Customer Care Team when you have exhausted your established available avenues for having a computer, printer, phone, or other IT service issue resolved.

The Customer Care Team exists to be your advocate in resolving existing reported problems that have stalled, "fallen off the radar," or gotten lost in the ozone layer.

Do not call the Customer Care Team first when you suspect you may have a problem. The first thing we will ask you is, "Have you called this into the Service Desk?"

If your answer is, "No," then our answer will be, "The number is 1-877-482-3233."

The exception is if you call to ask if we or anyone else have noted a system outage or problem affecting most or all of DNR.

If you do have an issue that needs our attention, we will ask you for your ticket number that you received when you called in your problem.

You should have recorded that number somewhere where you can find it.

If you do not have that number, then don’t call us; we can't do anything without your ticket number.

Call the Service Desk instead and see if they can find the your ticket number. Then call us.
