First of all, make sure The Service Desk Representative enters the VIP's name as the name and e-mail of the originator of the ticket.

It doesn't matter if you are the one calling in the problem. Make sure the Service Desk Representative enters your VIP's name on the ticket because VIPs are entitled to quick turnaround – hours instead of days.

If your name gets on the ticket instead, and you are not a VIP, then you will be assigned a normal turnaround time for your ticket, which could be several days.
