Kretlow Farm Tract is a 99-acre tract near Sparks. Hunting opportunities include deer, turkey and small game. Hunters utilizing this area for deer or turkey hunting should be sure to check their game using Georgia Game Check and select the Private Land option.
Voluntary Public Access Area
Kretlow Farm Tract is a Voluntary Public Access (VPA) property. Since 2014, the Wildlife Resources Division has been able to enhance and add to its WMA program through additional temporary agreements with private landowners for public hunting opportunities thanks to a USDA grant.
From Sparks: take Brushy Creek Road north for 2.6 miles and turn right on Lovett Circle. Kiosk is 0.2 miles ahead on right. WMA is on both sides of the dirt road.
