Vessel Registration

Renewal Registrations are for renewal of a current registration that will expire within 60 days or renewal of an expired boat registration, where the registration number and name of the boat owner have not changed since last registered.

Boat owners are mailed a renewal registration notice once when they have 60 days or less remaining on their Georgia boat registration.

Customers may renew their Georgia boat registration by one of the following methods: MAIL the printed renewal form back with payment, TELEPHONE (1-800-366-2661) and use a credit card for payment, or ONLINE [1] using a credit card.

Boat owners should indicate a change of address or change of email on the mailed renewal form, when online, or when talking to the Call Center operator.
