Alligator Harvest Summary for 2009

There were 700 alligator hunters selected for the 2009 alligator quota hunt from 5,977 applicants. Approximately eighty-eight percent (88%) of selected alligator hunters were Georgia residents. Twenty-four percent (28%) of alligator hunters were successful in harvesting an alligator.
