This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Russ Neely of North Beach Rentals, LLC for temporary placement of beach rental equipment on Tybee Island, Georgia. The project scope includes the temporary placement of beach rental equipment in the State’s Shore Protection Act Jurisdiction at a specified location near the crossover at North Beach Parking Lot. The temporary placement of equipment will begin no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be removed no later than September 30, 2019.
