This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Tybee Festival Association, Inc. to host Mardi Gras 2020 with related amenities in the in the roundabout at the eastern terminus of 16th Street on Tybee Island, Chatham County, Georgia. The temporary project will begin no sooner than Friday, February 21, 2020 and be removed no later than Sunday, February 23, 2020.
The project scope includes the temporary installation of all amenities and equipment in the State’s Shore Protection Act jurisdiction as outlined in attached description and site plan.
