This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Darrel Chaisson on behalf of the Barbour Island Property Owners Association, Inc. Barbour Island, McIntosh County, Georgia for the maintenance of two (2) community docks commence no sooner than 15 days of this letter and be completed within 6 months.

The project scope includes repairing the walkway boards on the northern dock and general maintenance to the southern dock.
